Starting this summer we will be offering a unique opportunity here at Graestone. You’ll be able to make a reservation to stay outside of the BnB but still be on the grounds in our RV camper. For those wanting to experience the land, historic elements and sights and sounds of the country while still able to investigate the BnB too. Available May - October. To rent our 28’ RV camper per night it would be $400 to stay on the property. The rental fee includes access and the option to investigate Graestone Manor BnB. It sleeps up to 4 people and includes a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed, private kitchen, 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a queen-sized pullout couch, Wifi, TV, heat, and a/c. Breakfast is included and will be served in the Graestone dining room between 8 am 10 am. Check in anytime after 3 pm, checkout at 11am the next day.

If you are looking to do a paranormal investigation and would like to borrow equipment, we have REM pods, K2meters, divining rods, motion sensors &other options to choose from for $25 -(you can choose up to ten pieces of equipment for that $25 fee) During your stay with us, you would have access to investigate the entire BnB side of the house. Main parlor, library, dining room, kids room, all BnB rooms, basement rooms, billiard room and ouija table seance area in basement, also includes the entire outside areas. Fire pits,barn foundations, cemetery, blacksmith shop ruins and the high fields out back where the horse racetrack was and the ancient Indian burial mounds. During your investigation, you are free to bring snacks, drinks and any paranormal gear that you have.Going live on social media, filming , photography, recording is allowed.
